The Kind Living Space
A spiritual destination for remembrance, sovereignty, and embodied power.
This is not a place to browse.
It is a place to arrive.
I work with those who are already awakening and ready to stabilise, embody, and live what they know.
Here, the work is not about fixing, healing, or striving to become something else - but about coming back into alignment with who you already are, and learning how to live from that place with clarity, integrity, and self-trust.
My work supports people through periods of awakening, integration, and change, helping them to feel more embodied, resourced, and sovereign in their lives and work.
This space is for you if:
You are already on your path and seeking depth, not initiation
You feel your intuitive or spiritual gifts maturing and want to hold them cleanly
You are ready for structure, discernment and embodied authority
You value sovereignty over dependency
This space is not for you if:
You are seeking rescuing, fixing, or constant reassurance
You are in crisis and require therapeutic or medical support
You are looking for fast answers, validation, or performance-based spirituality
About
My name is Lizzie
My work is shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and a grounded respect for the nervous system, ethics, and energetic boundaries. I work gently and truthfully - creating spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect, and come back into relationship with themselves.
I don’t position myself as someone who heals or fixes.
Instead, I hold spaces of remembrance: where clarity can return, self-trust can strengthen, and people begin to embody their own wisdom and sovereignty in real, lived ways.
The Kind Living Space has evolved as I have.
What once needed to hold many now holds fewer, deeper, and more intentional spaces - while continuing to offer the same safe, authentic, and immersive care that has always been at the heart of this work.
I look forward to connecting soon.
