FAQS
1. Who is this work for?
This space is for women who are ready to meet themselves honestly.
You may be successful yet unsettled. Capable yet disconnected. Spiritually aware but craving deeper integration.
This work is for you if you are willing to take responsibility for your growth, move beyond surface-level spirituality, and walk a path of embodied alignment - not performance, not bypassing, not dependency.
If you are seeking rescuing, fixing, or constant reassurance, this may not be the right container.
If you are ready to lead yourself with support, you will feel that.
2. What makes The Kind Living Space different?
The Kind Living Space is not a place where I simply “offer sessions.”
It is a held space - structured, intentional, and energetically boundaried.
Every container is designed to allow depth, safety, and integration. I do not work in chaotic or open-ended ways. There is a beginning, a middle, and a grounded integration process.
My work blends intuitive guidance, energetic awareness, nervous system grounding, and practical embodiment. It is mystical: but it is also mature.
This is about sovereignty, not dependency.
3. How do I know if I’m ready for 1:1 coaching?
You are ready if:
• You are willing to be honest with yourself
• You understand growth requires responsibility
• You want long-term alignment, not short-term relief
• You feel called to step into your next identity with integrity
You are not required to be “fully healed.” None of us are.
But you do need to be emotionally stable enough to hold reflective work.
If you are in acute crisis or require therapeutic or medical intervention, I will always encourage you to seek appropriate professional support alongside or before this work.
4. How do I begin?
The first step is a connection conversation.
This allows us to explore your intentions, current life phase, and whether this container is the right fit.
I am selective with who I work with, not from exclusivity, but from energetic integrity.
The work must feel mutual, grounded, and aligned.
If you feel the pull, trust that.
Reach out and begin the conversation.
