RESIST

Oh, why do we resist?
Such strength to stay the same,
Floating into potential,
Then drifting back again.
"Fear," she whispers—Mother Earth,
who holds and guides us.
The unknown halts you,
Keeps you still,
Yet your soul yearns for the path.
With breath held tight,Tread gently.
Chest constricted, taking rest.
Yet in your heart, the Divine does not judge.
You are simply doing your best.
Do not resist the twists and turns,
The shocks, the pain, the madness.
For in life's duality,
sorrows transform into gladness.
It's hard to flow,To surrender and be still.
This strange plane leaves us tired and weary.
But trust, as you should,In all that's to be.
Honor your spirit, Vibrant, happy, and teary.
Let a tear of hope spill toward your heart.
Cleanse away the doubts,
Release the resistance.
Your tomorrow is a brand-new start.
Let the resistance cease.
