Cancellation Policy

The Kind Living Space – General Policy for Services, Events & Workshops 1. Booking & Payment All bookings for services, events, and workshops must be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan or deposit agreement is offered. Payments can be made securely online or by arrangement through direct bank transfer. 2. Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, your payment can be transferred to a future date or applied as credit toward other services offered by The Kind Living Space. Cancellations must be made at least **48 hours** in advance to be eligible for transfer. Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice are not eligible for transfer or refund. 3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us In the rare case that an event, workshop, or session must be rescheduled or cancelled by The Kind Living Space, attendees will be offered: A place on the rescheduled date, or A full credit toward any future offering. No cash refunds will be issued unless under exceptional circumstances. 4. Personal Responsibility & Conduct By booking, attendees agree to take personal responsibility for their emotional and physical well-being throughout the session. The Kind Living Space reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. We ask that all attendees honour the values of kindness, confidentiality, and respect in shared spaces. 5. Health & Safety Please inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or access requirements so we can do our best to accommodate. Some events may include physical movement or deep emotional exploration – you are always encouraged to honour your limits and participate at your own pace. 6. Use of Materials Any handouts, course materials, or digital content provided during workshops or sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. 7. Privacy & Data Your personal data will be kept confidential and only used for communication related to your booking and future updates from The Kind Living Space (unless you opt out). No data is ever shared with third parties without consent.
